Self-care practices also make room for growth and expanison because they require us to connect with ourselves, validate ourselves, seek out new experiences, and enforce the necessary boudaries to vibrate at our highest. Some forms of self-care include but are not limited to, taking hikes, saying no, seeking therapy, and forming new habits & beliefs. Practicing the art of self-care is vital as it is the way that we honor the divine spirit within us (Luke 10:27).
